Jessica Ravel brings extensive experience in care coordination, case management, and healthcare administrative services to Sierra Vista Medical. With a strong background working alongside hospitalists, primary care physicians, and insurance providers, she has played a key role in coordinating post-discharge care, verifying insurance eligibility, managing referrals, and ensuring smooth transitions of care for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Jessica has worked in partnership with major healthcare systems, including AdventHealth-affiliated organizations, where she supported Medicare, Medicaid, and disability application processes through approval. Her experience includes conducting inpatient reviews, leading care coordination meetings, resolving care barriers, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes. She holds an Associate of Science in Human Services and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively support a diverse patient population.

At Sierra Vista Medical, Jessica contributes to patient access, referral coordination, insurance navigation, and quality assurance initiatives—helping ensure that patients receive timely, organized, and compassionate care throughout their healthcare journey.
