Josué J. Gonzalez, RN, BSN, serves as the Quality Officer at Sierra Vista Medical, where he oversees clinical quality initiatives, patient safety protocols, and performance improvement strategies. With over 10 years of nursing experience across Puerto Rico and Florida, Josué brings extensive expertise in critical care, surgical services, ICU, PCU, trauma, burn care, and neurosurgical operating room nursing.
Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles including House Supervisor and Charge Nurse, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, operational oversight, and interdisciplinary coordination. His background includes advanced hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac drips, post-surgical recovery, wound and burn management, and high-acuity patient care in fast-paced environments.
As Quality Officer, Josué plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing clinical workflows, enhancing cancer screening initiatives, supporting Remote Patient Monitoring programs, and maintaining high standards of patient-centered care. He is certified in ACLS, BLS, CFRN, CCN, CPI, and ANCC, and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to effectively serve a diverse community.
